This is an agreement between you, the user, and us, Wildscape Retreats.
This website is operated by BOSHFIT LLC, registered under Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) in the United Arab Emirates, trading as Wildscape Retreats. Throughout this site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Wildscape Retreats. Wildscape Retreats offers this website, including all information, tools, and retreat services ("Services") available on this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or booking a retreat with us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers and guests who book a retreat with us.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website or booking a retreat. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our Services.
Any new features or tools added to the site are also subject to these Terms of Service. You can review the most current version at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Eligibility
Our retreats are intended for guests 18 years of age and older. By using this site or booking a retreat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not, in your use of the Services, violate any laws applicable to you.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services and, where applicable, cancellation of a booking without refund.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You understand that information you transmit to us over the internet (excluding payment card information) may involve transmission over various networks and may be adapted to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, or access to the Services, without our express written permission.
Headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
3. Accuracy of Website Content
We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be the sole basis for any decision. Any reliance on this material is at your own risk.
This site may contain historical information, provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time, but we have no obligation to update it.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices for our retreats are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any retreat, package, or service at any time, without notice, and without liability to you or any third party for such changes.
We make every reasonable effort to describe our retreats, accommodation, and included activities accurately, but we do not guarantee that all details, images, or descriptions are error free.
We reserve the right to limit availability of any retreat to any person, group, or jurisdiction, at our discretion.
5. Retreat Bookings and Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when booking a retreat, including contact details, payment information, and any health or dietary information requested for safety planning purposes. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
Bookings made directly through our website are processed via Stripe, our secure payment provider. The specific accommodation for each retreat is rented by us on a short-term basis through platforms such as Airbnb; we will confirm the exact location and property for your retreat before or at the time of booking.
Retreat Location and Accommodation. Our retreats currently take place at various locations across South Africa, which may change from retreat to retreat. We do not own the properties used for our retreats. Accommodation is rented by us on a short-term basis, including through platforms such as Airbnb, for the duration of each retreat. You agree to comply with the house rules and reasonable requirements of the rental property and its owner or manager. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, availability, or cancellation of third-party rental accommodation, though we take reasonable care in selecting properties for our retreats.
It is your responsibility to arrange your own travel to the retreat location, including any visa, vaccination, or entry requirements. While these Terms are governed by UAE law, certain obligations relating to your stay, including health, safety, and accommodation standards, may also be subject to the local laws of South Africa and to the terms of the relevant rental property owner or platform.

6. Retreat Experience Terms
Insurance. Travel insurance is not provided when you join a retreat with Wildscape Retreats. It is your responsibility to secure your own coverage. Your existing health insurance may not cover you for international travel or activities. Ensuring you have appropriate travel and health insurance for the duration of your retreat is strongly encouraged. By participating in a Wildscape Retreats experience, you acknowledge that we do not supply insurance and cannot be held responsible for any exposure you may face, medical, financial, or otherwise, due to a lack of suitable insurance.
Attendance at Own Risk. Participants acknowledge that attending our retreats involves inherent risks, including the possibility of accidents, injury, and physical harm. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you understand the nature of the retreat activities and voluntarily assume the associated risks, including personal injury, illness, loss, or death.
Informed Consent. Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally capable of taking part in retreat activities, and that they have sought medical advice if necessary. Participants are responsible for informing us of any physical or mental limitations that might affect their ability to participate safely.
Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Wildscape Retreats, BOSHFIT LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, demands, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in a retreat, including any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property.
Personal Responsibility. Participants are personally responsible for their actions during a retreat and agree to follow the rules and instructions given by our staff, as well as the house rules of the rental property. Failure to do so may result in removal from the retreat without a refund, and you may be personally liable for any damage caused to a rental property during your stay.
Emergency Medical Treatment. In a medical emergency, participants consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel. Participants agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal expenses incurred as a result of treatment received during a retreat.

7. Health and Wellness Waiver
You are responsible for ensuring that you are capable of safely taking part in the physical activities offered during a retreat. You should consult a medical professional before attending, particularly if you or a family member has a history of illness or injury. If you have any concerns about your ability to safely participate, whether based on how you feel, medication you are taking, past injuries, or family health history, you should not take part in the relevant activity.
Even with reasonable care, there remains a risk of illness or injury when taking part in physical or wellness activities. You assume this risk when you choose to participate.
You waive all current or future claims related to your participation in our Services, against Wildscape Retreats, BOSHFIT LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
8. Nutritional and Wellness Disclaimer
Any nutritional, dietary, or wellness guidance provided as part of a retreat is for general informational purposes only. BOSHFIT LLC is not a registered dietitian or medical provider, and this guidance is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide a prescription for any medical or clinical condition. If you have a medical or clinical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your nutrition and wellness needs.
9. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools, booking platforms, or host partners over which we have no control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them.
Our site may also contain links to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their own terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.
10. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
If you send us feedback, testimonials, photos, or other submissions, whether requested or unsolicited, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, and share these in any medium, including on our website and social media, for marketing purposes, unless you tell us otherwise in writing. We are under no obligation to keep such submissions confidential, compensate you for them, or respond to them.
You agree that anything you submit will not violate any third party's rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

Your submission of personal information through this site, including health and booking details, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website at any time.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to retreat descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct these errors and to update or cancel bookings if information is found to be inaccurate, without prior notice.
13. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you may not use our site or Services: for any unlawful purpose; to violate any applicable laws or regulations; to infringe our intellectual property or that of others; to harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect personal information about other users; to spam, scrape, or crawl our site without permission; or to interfere with the security of our Services.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services if you engage in any prohibited use.

We do not guarantee that your use of our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildscape Retreats, BOSHFIT LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildscape Retreats, BOSHFIT LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full effect.
18. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your access to the site or our Services at any time, without notice, particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Wildscape Retreats as a result of these Terms or your use of the site.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wildscape Retreats regarding your use of the site and our Services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
This does not limit the application of local laws at the retreat destination (currently South Africa) to specific aspects of the retreat itself, including health, safety, and consumer protection standards governing the on-the-ground delivery of the experience.
